Our Camping trip is coming up.
We will have a pre-campout meeting on May 30th to discuss the details of the campout.
There are rules that we have to follow from BSA, they are in the Document section of the website.
We will be at Campsite D. To reach the campsite, enter Stokes at Coursen Rd. Follow Coursen Rd, about 2 miles, and make a left on Kindle Rd. Follow Kindle Rd, about a mile, and look for signs for Campsite D.
More details to follow, but here is what we know now. There is space for 10 Tents, 10 Cars, 30 People. Please pick the required tickets below. You need to pick a Tent Ticket, a Car Ticket, and pick the number of people.
FYI, When you get the email from the RSVP, the RSVP number will be the number of people + 1 Car + 1 Tent.
The price will be somewhere around $15 to $20 a person. It will depend on number of people that go (more means cheaper) and what the food ends up costing.
